The referee showed Fidele Mascire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zion's Ubelteso Guceño suffered a sore thigh after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Veronica Querijazu fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Constitucion FC's protests and gave Veronica Querijazu a yellow card for diving instead. Veronica Querijazu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Constitucion FC's Nesto Varandalla got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Manilan Barbadillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zion's supporters rose to their feet, but Manilan Barbadillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Campomanes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Zion's zone, Peru Ziarza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marino Munaya came out of the goal and Peru Ziarza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felo Hurtaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cleto Campomanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severo Cantolla kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Marino Munaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nesto Varandalla in the 45th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Narciso Amenedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marino Munaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Amenedo in the 52nd minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Zion's goal looked a bit too open when Peru Ziarza came free, but Marino Munaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Constitucion FC's goalkeeper Cleto Campomanes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oro Hoz. 74 minutes into the match, Zion's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Amenedo came free, but Marino Munaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narciso Amenedo ran back to his position shaking his head. 95 minutes into the match, Constitucion FC's Peru Ziarza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marino Munaya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Zion players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Constitucion FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
