Spectators: 6691 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 0) Buricayupi's Eztebe Somalo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bahiano Laviada in the 27th minute of play forced Buricayupi's goalkeeper Leo Bajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Bahiano Laviada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bahiano Laviada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belasko Remon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Bajo having to interfere. If Belasko Remon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bahiano Laviada to make the kick off. Eztebe Somalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Lavalleja AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eztebe Somalo came free, but Todor Olivera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Belasko Remon got free with Leo Bajo in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Buricayupi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Bajo should have stopped the shot. After having played for 77 minutes, Remir Atilano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buricayupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remir Atilano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eztebe Somalo struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Todor Olivera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buricayupi. In the 82nd minute, Zuhaitz Cordoba sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Buricayupi's Leo Bajo didn't even have to move. The supporters of Lavalleja AFC booed when Buricayupi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diagur Herdozain didn't get a good kick on the ball. Buricayupi's Leo Bajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahiano Laviada in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Buricayupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Gostioz to maneuver through the defense.
