Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Colonia's Jorge Batalle started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 10 minutes into the game, Raymon Aguilar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Leo Bajo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Buricayupi booed when Colonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Moriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Buricayupi's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Batalle came free, but Leo Bajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Belo Ogero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leo Bajo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Raymon Aguilar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Raymon Aguilar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Bajo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Batalle in the 25th minute of play forced Buricayupi's goalkeeper Leo Bajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 31st minute when Eztebe Somalo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Buricayupi's Leo Bajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Batalle in the 35th minute of play. Leo Bajo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raymon Aguilar in the 39th minute. Remir Atilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jayvier Velasco having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eztebe Somalo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Remir Atilano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Batalle in the 56th minute of play forced Buricayupi's goalkeeper Leo Bajo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 2-1 became the score in the 58th minute when Jorge Batalle elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Remir Atilano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Jayvier Velasco made a huge save. Colonia's Belo Ogero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Buricayupi. 75 minutes into the match, Eztebe Somalo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jayvier Velasco, 2-2. If Eztebe Somalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eztebe Somalo came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Buricayupi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eztebe Somalo couldn't finish the play. Lisandro Moriz hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Eztebe Somalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jayvier Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Raymon Aguilar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute of the game, Narciso Negral landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Baron during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tiago Baron hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Buricayupi players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Colonia from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
