The audience thought a goal was coming when Atanas Yotov got free with Martxot Zurbano in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martxot Zurbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morgan Ekenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicholas Angles's late challenge caught a Mauro Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicholas Angles helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mauro Futbol Club booed when Baygorria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicholas Angles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atanas Yotov hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Atanas Yotov made a precise shot to the right of Martxot Zurbano.
