When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santxo Erce made a kick off. Eudoxio Galnares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. After taking down the ball on Pocitos's corner Sayvion Raña fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jeraldo Fuerte quite easily take care of the ball. Jeraldo Fuerte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sadurni Volante in the 86th minute. If Sadurni Volante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pocitos's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
