The tension between the Yacot FC and the Laureles players grew even worse after the yellow card. Laurentzi Ontova hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Yacot FC's Blas Deleon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taurino Armoña in the 22nd minute of play. If Teofilio Pedrais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Yacot FC booed when Laureles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Azubeli Moure didn't get a good kick on the ball.
