The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Blanco Inclan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After a rather tough play, Ferrer AFC's Teyo Sevane got a free kick in the 41st minute. Firmin Reinosa charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Firmin Reinosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Vichadero getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Firmin Reinosa hit a great ball. Firmin Reinosa kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blanco Inclan was the one to do the kick off. If Blanco Inclan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urki Gorron might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nabar Remirez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
