Cavani United's Virgilio Baracaldo got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Dani Berar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavani United's supporters rose to their feet, but Dani Berar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nabar Remirez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nabar Remirez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dani Berar went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Edgar dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blanco Inclan in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Cavani United booed when Ferrer AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mincho Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sergi Barsi came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Cavani United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergi Barsi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergi Barsi in the 31st minute of play forced Ferrer AFC's goalkeeper Nabar Remirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergi Barsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Cavani United were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergi Barsi made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Sergi Barsi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nabar Remirez. That made the score 0-2 in the 61 minute of play. A collision led to Cavani United getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Virgilio Baracaldo hit a great ball. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavani United's goalkeeper Edgar dos Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dani Berar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Nabar Remirez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dani Berar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nabar Remirez having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergi Barsi in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nabar Remirez saved Ferrer AFC from getting behind. Blanco Inclan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th match minute, Ferrer AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teyo Sevane to maneuver through the defense. If Sergi Barsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 84th minute, Dani Berar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dani Berar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nabar Remirez having to interfere. Blanco Inclan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Edgar dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cavani United eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
