The referee ignored HURACAN SIRE's protests and gave Faustino Cotero a yellow card for diving instead. Faustino Cotero kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Celso Bretal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efraim Osuna was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. A collision led to Mataojo AFC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Damian Perana hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Celso Bretal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efraim Osuna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 0-3 became the score in the 46th minute when Truylos Viñaspre elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After the first half HURACAN SIRE were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Esteban Usategui made a kick off. Celso Bretals short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Efraim Osuna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of HURACAN SIRE booed when Mataojo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Perana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Felix Amieva managed to get in a good position for a shot. HURACAN SIRE's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Amieva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xabier Isla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Usategui in the 89th minute of play. After 90 played minutes HURACAN SIRE got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Ballestero. In the 93rd match minute, HURACAN SIRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Cotero to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes HURACAN SIRE got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Cotero. HURACAN SIRE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
