But to his dismay, Joanes Cabañero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Joanes Cabañero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Calvicie Fc defense, Pitin Amigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ur Estenaga. The Calvicie Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ur Estenaga should have stopped the shot. In the 22nd minute, Martxel Aguila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Alvaro Santoyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Calvicie Fc got a freekick which was hit by Etxatxu Codina. After recieving a nice pass, Conchillas's Bordat Bolonga tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Conchillas's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Santoyo came free, but Bernabel Orduña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hegoi Echenique's late challenge caught a Calvicie Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hegoi Echenique helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes Conchillas got a freekick which was hit by Hegoi Echenique. In the 38th minute, Martxel Aguila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernabel Orduña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martxel Aguila, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Calisto Cembrana fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calvicie Fc's protests and gave Calisto Cembrana a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Calvicie Fc getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Calisto Cembrana hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Santoyo to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Joanes Cabañero got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Balendin Ballugera during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Conchillas's Bernabel Orduña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Santoyo in the 57th minute of play. Brais Zabarte got in the 59th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Bernabel Orduña handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Alvaro Santoyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Bernabel Orduña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chayo Villafañe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabel Orduña having to interfere. If Martxel Aguila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pitin Amigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Calvicie Fc manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Conchillas to win.
