The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Riffo AFC booed when Mataojito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tximitx Garizabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 minutes of play, Mataojito's Cesar Trespuentes made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ederono Llamazares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cris Villaspasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Xines Horihuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Lordi Peruyera made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Lordi Peruyera rounded Riffo AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. In the 56th minute of the match Bonadona Vivaldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xines Horihuela skillfully saved the ball.
