Valiente Berriz had great luck who in the 2ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Francesco Benagassi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Demario Monje fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solis's protests and gave Demario Monje a yellow card for diving instead. Santiago Albarez shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Pirmin Landeros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solis's supporters rose to their feet, but Pirmin Landeros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valiente Berriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francesco Benagassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valiente Berriz having to interfere. Geleberto Alfeiran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Aldo Romeu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valiente Berriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francesco Benagassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When Txema Gou came up free with the goalie in the 100th minute, the Tala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Txema Gou couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
