In the 15th minute, Ilazki Escapa made a precise shot to the right of Chorache Heneriz. Chamberlain's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Ilazki Escapa notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Chamberlain's Chorache Heneriz. Chorache Heneriz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Beila Elizondo hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ler Valdespino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sustrai Giron firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ler Valdespino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Sustrai Giron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Yaguan AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ilazki Escapa was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Chamberlain's zone, Quico Cazarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chorache Heneriz came out of the goal and Quico Cazarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chamberlain's Ler Valdespino got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sustrai Giron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xepe Peinador, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quico Cazarez got free with Chorache Heneriz in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Chamberlain's Chorache Heneriz got control of the ball when Quico Cazarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ilazki Escapa, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 75th minute, Ler Valdespino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ler Valdespino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sustrai Giron having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Xepe Peinador in the 79th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Ilazki Escapa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sustrai Giron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ler Valdespino in the 87th minute of the match. Chamberlain's Chorache Heneriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilazki Escapa in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute Xepe Peinador shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sustrai Giron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Yaguan AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Xepe Peinador came free, but Sustrai Giron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
