Spectators: 6696 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 0) Carqueja FC's Raul Trincado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Minas's Illart Herreros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Larios in the 4th minute of play. Illart Herreros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Trincado in the 10th minute of play. Carlo Larios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Illart Herreros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Illart Herreros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlo Larios went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute, Barto Ascot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th match minute, Carqueja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Aoiz to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Minas's Edelmiro Soveron tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Barto Ascot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Eguerdi Luyando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Carqueja FC's goalkeeper Eguerdi Luyando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Koldobika Cintron. Eguerdi Luyando was a little too slow when Barto Ascot got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-1. When Raul Trincado came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Carqueja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Trincado couldn't finish the play. Baldovino Costoya hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barto Ascot was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Minas's Illart Herreros got control of the ball when Carlo Larios tried to sneak it across the goal line. Illart Herreros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Trincado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Barto Ascot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Carqueja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Koldobika Cintron came free, but Eguerdi Luyando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carqueja FC's Eguerdi Luyando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koldobika Cintron in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Barto Ascot left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 74th minute, Carlo Larios fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Illart Herreros, passed just outside the right post. Carlo Larios who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Illart Herreros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carlo Larios's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Illart Herreros skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Trincado in the 88th minute of play forced Minas's goalkeeper Illart Herreros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koldobika Cintron in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eguerdi Luyando saved Carqueja FC from getting behind. Carlo Larios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carqueja FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
