Joanico FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Darwin AFC the free kick. A collision led to Joanico FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Huly Mortal hit a great ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Pacifico Pierredonda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Darwin AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pacifico Pierredonda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gartzea Fajardo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Santos Morales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the game, Gartzea Fajardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joanico FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Darwin AFC the free kick. The supporters of Darwin AFC booed when Joanico FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gartzea Fajardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Darwin AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Manterola came free, but Pueblo Goite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Huly Mortal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pueblo Goite having to interfere. When Joanico FC's Victorino Manterola in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Darwin AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The Joanico FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
