Quintin Gos started the match with the kick off. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Soin Trueba put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Siro Cordon. Jon Ungia kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Ronaldo Torrens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victorino Manterola's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. If Huly Mortal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes Vejigas got a freekick which was hit by Larra Reñe. Victorino Manterola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Torrens having to interfere. Siro Cordon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintin Gos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Siro Cordon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintin Gos in the 29th minute of play. If Victorino Manterola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joanico FC's Siro Cordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quintin Gos in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Manterola in the 39th minute of play forced Vejigas's goalkeeper Ronaldo Torrens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Jose Carrozal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Huly Mortal got free with Ronaldo Torrens in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Soin Trueba scored 0-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Siro Cordon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

54 minutes into the game, Vejigas's Larra Reñe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Siro Cordon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After having played for 59 minutes, Huly Mortal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Joanico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Huly Mortal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Vejigas's Quintin Gos in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Joanico FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 63rd minute Quintin Gos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Cordon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Joanico FC defense, Soin Trueba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Siro Cordon. The Joanico FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Siro Cordon should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the match, Victorino Manterola notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Vejigas's Ronaldo Torrens. Ronaldo Torrens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Vejigas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
