Spectators: 7363 (Terracing: 5523, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 147) Melo's Oroitz Cabrerizo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oroitz Cabrerizo in the 5th minute of play forced Rocha's goalkeeper Peruxu Gualda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geofredo Paracuellos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Tercero Sasiain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Rocha getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Lastur Uralde hit a great ball. Oroitz Cabrerizo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20thth minute of the game Euloxu Balladares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Melo's Tercero Sasiain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lastur Uralde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Tercero Sasiain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Euloxu Balladares came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Rocha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Euloxu Balladares couldn't finish the play. Victor Yebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rocha's Peruxu Gualda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oroitz Cabrerizo in the 29th minute of play. Tercero Sasiain came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Rocha's Euloxu Balladares. But to his dismay, Euloxu Balladares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Geofredo Paracuellos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Euloxu Balladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Euloxu Balladares received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tercero Sasiain came out and tried to block the shot, but Euloxu Balladares slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 52nd minute. Tercero Sasiain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geofredo Paracuellos in the 55th minute of the match. Victor Yebra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Peruxu Gualda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Melo defense, Euloxu Balladares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tercero Sasiain. The Melo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tercero Sasiain should have stopped the shot. With 69 minutes on the clock, Medero Fonelleda commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Melo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Geofredo Paracuellos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rocha's supporters rose to their feet, but Geofredo Paracuellos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tercero Sasiain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Euloxu Balladares struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Tercero Sasiain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rocha. If Geofredo Paracuellos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frantzes Villapadierna kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
