An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Bayas in the 15th minute of play forced Lapuente's goalkeeper Lohitzun Aostri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Izotz Garnica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lapuente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Izotz Garnica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute, Musi FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pablo-Enrique Cerdeño fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lohitzun Aostri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oriche Jurado in the 29th minute of play. Carolo Bayas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lohitzun Aostri having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillerme Bartolome during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lohitzun Aostri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Bayas, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carolo Bayas made a kick off. Tadeu Gaceo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Izotz Garnica's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. When Pablo-Enrique Cerdeño came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Lapuente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo-Enrique Cerdeño couldn't finish the play. When Maties Yturrondo fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Musi FC's protests and gave Maties Yturrondo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lapuente booed when Musi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maties Yturrondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo-Enrique Cerdeño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeu Gaceo having to interfere. Angelo Maestre took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadeu Gaceo. Musi FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Carolo Bayas came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Musi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Bayas couldn't finish the play. Tadeu Gaceo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izotz Garnica in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lapuente's goalkeeper Lohitzun Aostri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. During the 88th minute of the match Matai Osa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Matai Osa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a defensive mix-up in Lapuente's zone, Oriche Jurado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lohitzun Aostri came out of the goal and Oriche Jurado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Carolo Bayas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tadeu Gaceo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izotz Garnica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lapuente had won after a very even match.
