Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lohitzun Telena kicked off to start the match. Charqueada FC's Efraim Loayza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Zahonero in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rincon's Nereo Zahonero got a free kick in the 16th minute. The supporters of Charqueada FC booed when Rincon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Casal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes of play, Charqueada FC's Gomez Barbeito made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Todor Reinoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the game, Lohitzun Telena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Efraim Loayza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nereo Zahonero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efraim Loayza having to interfere. Lohitzun Telena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Efraim Loayza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Gomez Barbeito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charqueada FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gomez Barbeito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Todor Reinoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gomez Barbeito struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Todor Reinoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Charqueada FC.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulin Delgadillo to make the kick off. A hard shot by Feliberto Pato from long distance, 57 minutes into the match, got Efraim Loayza's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 58th minute, Hernandez Basante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lohitzun Telena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Efraim Loayza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efraim Loayza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lohitzun Telena in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lohitzun Telena in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Efraim Loayza saved Charqueada FC from getting behind. The supporters of Charqueada FC booed when Rincon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipo Arando didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Paulin Delgadillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Charqueada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulin Delgadillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
