After a rather tough play, Once Vacas's Joseba Villagra got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Vicemte Cabaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseba Villagra in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute Costin Cara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicemte Cabaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Joseba Villagra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Costin Cara was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Costin Cara put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vicemte Cabaña. Vicemte Cabaña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Cara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Everardo Capell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Once Vacas had played much better football throughout.
