Dayman FC's Fernandez Barrionuevo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Dayman FC from getting a goal against them. Xove Islañana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clodio Boñar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bingen Mendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cunapiru's Ekaitz Sufiria got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xove Islañana took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clodio Boñar. Clodio Boñar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cunapiru's Emmanuel Puntones was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Fernandez Barrionuevo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanuel Puntones in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match Cunapiru got a corner. Dayman FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ambrosio Campderros ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Cunapiru's corner Ambrosio Campderros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fernandez Barrionuevo quite easily take care of the ball. After 34 played minutes Dayman FC got a freekick which was hit by Quin Aledo. 37 minutes in the game, Emmanuel Puntones fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fernandez Barrionuevo having to interfere. Cunapiru's Emmanuel Puntones got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michael Villate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandez Barrionuevo having to interfere. Emmanuel Puntones recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emmanuel Puntones stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Cunapiru booed when Dayman FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Carbasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Campderros, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Clodio Boñar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bingen Mendi in the 55th minute. Ekaitz Sufiria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Fernandez Barrionuevo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clodio Boñar made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Xove Islañana sent off a good shot on target. Vicente Luan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Dayman FC defense, Generosb Rubio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernandez Barrionuevo. The Dayman FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernandez Barrionuevo should have stopped the shot. Ekaitz Sufiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandez Barrionuevo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Emmanuel Puntones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cunapiru's supporters rose to their feet, but Emmanuel Puntones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernandez Barrionuevo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emmanuel Puntones in the 95th minute of play forced Dayman FC's goalkeeper Fernandez Barrionuevo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Cunapiru players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
