Spectators: 6702 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ermengol Mendecute started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Dayman FC booed when Soriano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montes Brau didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vicente Luan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernandez Barrionuevo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Montes Brau in the 22nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geleberto Norzagaray got free with Fernandez Barrionuevo in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bingen Mendi charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bingen Mendi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Dayman FC's Fernandez Barrionuevo got control of the ball when Geleberto Norzagaray tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Vicente Luan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soriano's Carmelo Gondian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Montes Brau recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fernandez Barrionuevo. Montes Brau showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ermengol Mendecute blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carmelo Gondian having to make a save. Soriano's Carmelo Gondian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Luan in the 44th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

A collision led to Dayman FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Taurino Orcondona hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, Dayman FC's goal looked a bit too open when Montes Brau came free, but Fernandez Barrionuevo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Luan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Gondian having to interfere. Ermengol Mendecute fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Gondian having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Vicente Luan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Vicente Luan came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Dayman FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Luan couldn't finish the play. Soriano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Ermengol Mendecute scored to the left of an out of position Carmelo Gondian, making the score, 1-1. After having played for 69 minutes, Geleberto Norzagaray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soriano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geleberto Norzagaray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 76 played minutes Dayman FC got a freekick which was hit by Bingen Mendi. Geleberto Norzagaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandez Barrionuevo having to interfere. Fernandez Barrionuevo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geleberto Norzagaray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermengol Mendecute in the 89th minute of play forced Soriano's goalkeeper Carmelo Gondian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geleberto Norzagaray's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernandez Barrionuevo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
