Spectators: 6696 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 0) Espinillo's Igor Regaño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Vozmediano in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Soto's Columbo Atilano got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Bemabe Neira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moise Roson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Espinillo booed when Soto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muno Iribarne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlo Vozmediano in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Regaño prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Soto booed when Espinillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damario Riego didn't get a good kick on the ball. Soto's Carlo Vozmediano got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pancho Churruca hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes Soto got a freekick which was hit by Columbo Atilano. Moise Roson made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Danilo Soltero sent off a good shot on target. Moise Roson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danilo Soltero went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Espinillo's zone, Carlo Vozmediano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Regaño came out of the goal and Carlo Vozmediano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bemabe Neira came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Espinillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bemabe Neira couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Bemabe Neira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Espinillo's Oso Arcelay got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Muno Iribarne hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. When Danilo Soltero, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 59 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Moise Roson was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Muno Iribarne hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Pancho Churruca charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pancho Churruca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Igor Regaño acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gaspard Diosdado. Espinillo's Danilo Soltero got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Igor Regaño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soto. Igor Regaño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlo Vozmediano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moise Roson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Soltero, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
