Campana AFC's Xzavion Iruegas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Campana AFC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Albisu booed when Campana AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jenaro Caraveo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brais Corneja could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Xzavion Iruegas made a huge save. Xzavion Iruegas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brais Corneja in the 14th minute. Viator Uncal kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Campana AFC's zone, Maties Longoria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xzavion Iruegas came out of the goal and Maties Longoria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brais Cornejas short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Xzavion Iruegas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Albisu's Juango Garviras in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Otsoko Atencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juango Garviras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Xzavion Iruegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xzavion Iruegas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brais Corneja went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Leoncio Manjon in the 53rd minute of play forced Albisu's goalkeeper Frascuelo Murcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nesor Bengoechea came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Campana AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nesor Bengoechea couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Albisu's Cebo Berrueta got a free kick in the 59th minute.
