Ixidor Sancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Platon Laviada in the 4th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ostots Tavera during the 4th minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Canas AFC's Olando Talavera in the 9th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Quintan Velilla was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Ahogados AFC through an amazing save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Platon Laviada in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ixidor Sancho saved Canas AFC from getting behind. Platon Laviada spun around in front of the goal 18 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Canas AFC's goal. When Orti Tene fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ahogados AFC's protests and gave Orti Tene a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ahogados AFC's Orti Tene got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ramon Corel hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ahogados AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Platon Laviada hit a great ball. Olando Talavera struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Quintan Velilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canas AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olando Talavera in the 37th minute of play forced Ahogados AFC's goalkeeper Quintan Velilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orti Tene got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. When Olando Talavera came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Canas AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olando Talavera couldn't finish the play. Ostots Tavera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Quintan Velilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quintan Velilla was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Olando Talavera capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olando Talavera really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Olando Talavera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Quintan Velilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Quintan Velilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olando Talavera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Izotz Larena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ixidor Sancho having to interfere. Xavies Hordas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Quintan Velilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quintan Velilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olando Talavera, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. During the 79th minute of the match Ostots Tavera completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ostots Tavera a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ixidor Sancho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Izotz Larena in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Xavies Hordas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavies Hordas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Quintan Velilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Irrintzi Asturi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ahogados AFC's Colas Señor got a free kick in the 89th minute. Baleren Sastrias struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Quintan Velilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canas AFC. Ramon Corel kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Grabiel Martelo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Quintan Velilla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Xavies Hordas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Quintan Velilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play.
