HURACAN BUCEO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Carrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mosquitos FC's Ponc Nuñez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Mosquitos FC from getting a goal against them. Ponc Nuñez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilmar Pont's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, HURACAN BUCEO's goal looked a bit too open when Pacho Faso came free, but Štěpán Blecha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mosquitos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xicu Varlett in the 22nd minute. The corner ended in Xicu Varlett almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but HURACAN BUCEO's Štěpán Blecha did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilmar Pont in the 23rd minute of play forced Mosquitos FC's goalkeeper Ponc Nuñez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Štěpán Blecha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurin Palmer in the 26th minute of the match. Quilino Sancha hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ado Azpiazu kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Ken Schwab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Maurin Palmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Gilmar Pont who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosquitos FC's Ponc Nuñez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Maurin Palmer made the kick off in the second half. Pacho Faso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Štěpán Blecha made a huge save. Štěpán Blecha was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Moncho Alceda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Moncho Alceda really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. 56 minutes into the game, Ken Schwab cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ponc Nuñez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gilmar Pont fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ponc Nuñez having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Gilmar Pont's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ponc Nuñez was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After having played for 66 minutes, Erramun Sagastia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HURACAN BUCEO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erramun Sagastia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 67 played minutes HURACAN BUCEO got a freekick which was hit by Xelo Murgia. In the 69th match minute, Mosquitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurin Palmer to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 74 minutes, Ken Schwab managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. If Gilmar Pont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilmar Pont fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ponc Nuñez having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Zeledon Casillas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, HURACAN BUCEO's Quilino Sancha tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Štěpán Blecha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurin Palmer in the 91st minute of play. Mosquitos FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though HURACAN BUCEO had controlled the match.
