Jacinto Montalban was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Gilmar Pont's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Montalban was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Ken Schwab scored 1-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacinto Montalban, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacinto Montalban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Pont in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Gilmar Pont shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Montalban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st match minute, Club Atlético Tequila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panpili Areces to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Gilmar Pont made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Montalban. Club Atlético Tequila's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 29 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Tequila's Chumo Telego sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Štěpán Blecha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Gilmar Pont managed to get in a good position for a shot. HURACAN BUCEO's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilmar Pont was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Montalban breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the match, Xano Riaza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Montalban. Club Atlético Tequila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xano Riaza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Gilmar Pont struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Jacinto Montalban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HURACAN BUCEO. Jacinto Montalban came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by HURACAN BUCEO's Gilmar Pont. But to his dismay, Gilmar Pont quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. After 46 played minutes Club Atlético Tequila got a freekick which was hit by Chumo Telego. Jacinto Montalban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Pont, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilmar Pont made a kick off. Gilmar Pont struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jacinto Montalban didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HURACAN BUCEO. Aznaro Villazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Montalban having to interfere. With a little luck, Club Atlético Tequila's Jacinto Montalban got control of the ball when Gilmar Pont tried to sneak it across the goal line. Štěpán Blecha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chumo Telego in the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Ado Azpiazu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HURACAN BUCEO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Tequila the free kick. In the 63rd minute, Ado Azpiazu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gilmar Pont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of HURACAN BUCEO booed when Club Atlético Tequila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chumo Telego didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gilmar Pont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ado Azpiazu hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Gilmar Pont kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Panpili Areces kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Erramun Sagastia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HURACAN BUCEO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erramun Sagastia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over HURACAN BUCEO could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atlético Tequila throughout the match.
