Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Quirce Linde took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chilcas's zone, Edelmiro Abadia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldo Alvarado came out of the goal and Edelmiro Abadia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Coion FC's Edelmiro Abadia got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Coion FC's Fermin Ceraso got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14thth minute of the game Rocendo Salabaste who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coion FC's Afonso Ceceil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Rocendo Salabaste came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Chilcas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rocendo Salabaste couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the game, Coion FC's Edelmiro Abadia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronaldo Alvarado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 23 minutes into the game, Efrain Olivarez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coion FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chilcas the free kick. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Coion FC! In the 25th minute there was a penalty for Chilcas. Sendoa Arancibia stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Afonso Ceceil. 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rocendo Salabaste in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afonso Ceceil saved Coion FC from getting behind. If Quirce Linde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lamberto Montalvo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th match minute, Coion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Olivarez to maneuver through the defense. If Sendoa Arancibia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Candido Quejo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Leon Robles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Coion FC's Quirce Linde in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chilcas's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Rocendo Salabaste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chilcas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rocendo Salabaste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Coion FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Cesaro Nogal hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Rocendo Salabaste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Ceceil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edelmiro Abadia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ronaldo Alvarado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Quirce Linde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronaldo Alvarado was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Afonso Ceceil made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Lamberto Montalvo sent off a good shot on target. Ronaldo Alvarado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quirce Linde in the 82nd minute of the match. Cesaro Nogal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Candido Quejo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Rocendo Salabaste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Ceceil having to interfere. Lamberto Montalvo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Chilcas players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Coion FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
