Spectators: 6694 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eutor Pis took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicasio Artacho during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of MELO WANDERERS booed when Tacuarembo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Artacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in MELO WANDERERS's zone, Eutor Pis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lluques Mazuelos came out of the goal and Eutor Pis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tacuarembo FC's Yader Arriete got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Balendin Olando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Chacin was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, Balendin Olando notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tacuarembo FC's Fulgencio Chacin. Fulgencio Chacin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yader Arriete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Lluques Mazuelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Eutor Pis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacuarembo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eutor Pis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lluques Mazuelos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute Eutor Pis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lluques Mazuelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zuri Langayo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Salvadore Barrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fulgencio Chacin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zuri Langayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zuri Langayo in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Chacin saved Tacuarembo FC from getting behind. Eutor Pis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, MELO WANDERERS's Remigio Coco got a free kick in the 58th minute. Lluques Mazuelos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eutor Pis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaufred Cuñat kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Eutor Pis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yader Arriete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Lluques Mazuelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zuri Langayo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulgencio Chacin having to make a save. Lluques Mazuelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yader Arriete in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Balendin Olando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tacuarembo FC's Fulgencio Chacin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuri Langayo in the 94th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Zuri Langayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. MELO WANDERERS's supporters rose to their feet, but Zuri Langayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Chacin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tacuarembo FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
