Blai Gallinas made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Mazuste Celis sent off a good shot on target. 7 minutes into the match, Abayuba's goalkeeper Blai Gallinas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ubelteso Romani. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Regaño in the 11th minute of play forced Ramones FC's goalkeeper Pedro Diego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Abayuba booed when Ramones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillelmus Uriondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Diego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zosimo Hordas, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Frances Rivero took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Diego. Pedro Diego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Eduardo Regaño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Diego having to interfere. Blai Gallinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fraco Panero, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The audience was convinced that Ubelteso Romani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blai Gallinas was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Manilan Ramirez in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ramones FC's Guillelmus Uriondo. In the 26th play minute Mazuste Celis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Blai Gallinas. 1-1. If Mazuste Celis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Mazuste Celis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 35th minute, Luzaide Magdaleno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Indar Helguera came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Abayuba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Indar Helguera couldn't finish the play. The Ramones FC fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Ramones FC's Mazuste Celis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Mazuste Celis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blai Gallinas having to interfere. Blai Gallinas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mazuste Celis's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Abayuba's Blai Gallinas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fraco Panero in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Abayuba's Roberto Arejola got a free kick in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubelteso Romani in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blai Gallinas saved Abayuba from getting behind. Mazuste Celis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Blai Gallinas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Ramones FC's Fraco Panero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blai Gallinas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. When the referee ended the match the Ramones FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
