Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) DEADPOOL's Sein Ruiz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Sein Ruiz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lapuente's Txartiko Riesco. Txartiko Riesco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sein Ruiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Polo Pecina's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Ofelio Pineda skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 17 minutes into the game, Bahiano Atencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DEADPOOL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lapuente the free kick. A collision led to DEADPOOL getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Bahiano Atencio hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Ricart Ugarte in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. DEADPOOL's Ofelio Pineda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricart Ugarte in the 22nd minute of play. Ofelio Pineda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Polo Pecina in the 28th minute. With a little luck, DEADPOOL's Ofelio Pineda got control of the ball when Polo Pecina tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute, Ricart Ugarte fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Polo Pecina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ofelio Pineda having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricart Ugarte in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ofelio Pineda saved DEADPOOL from getting behind. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricart Ugarte was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricart Ugarte in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ofelio Pineda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 52nd minute, Ceandro Aldeco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricart Ugarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ofelio Pineda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes DEADPOOL got a freekick which was hit by Reyes Cortazar. When Lapuente's Ricart Ugarte in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DEADPOOL's goalie prevented a goal. Polo Pecina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ofelio Pineda having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ofelio Pineda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Polo Pecina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Ricart Ugarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lapuente's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricart Ugarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ofelio Pineda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ofelio Pineda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricart Ugarte in the 78th minute of play. If Ceandro Aldeco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 89 minutes into the match, DEADPOOL's goal looked a bit too open when Ricart Ugarte came free, but Ofelio Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricart Ugarte in the 91st minute of play forced DEADPOOL's goalkeeper Ofelio Pineda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricart Ugarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ofelio Pineda having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lapuente players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
