The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute Kemen Luga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Revillas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Mirotaun's Kemen Luga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isaias Revillas. Isaias Revillas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Dabi Cruzado kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Kemen Luga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Revillas having to interfere. Isaias Revillas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kemen Luga in the 17th minute of the match. Pellas Beteta made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Raul Sampedro however managed to control. Isaias Revillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kemen Luga in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Roldanillo Velamines got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kemen Luga was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Mirotaun's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Rozarius Proaño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mirotaun's supporters rose to their feet, but Rozarius Proaño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaias Revillas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inacio Asteguieta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aurre Portocarrero. Mirotaun's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mirotaun's Kemen Luga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isaias Revillas. That made the score 2-0 after 40 minutes of play. Isaias Revillas made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Laffitte Pereira sent off a good shot on target. Rozarius Proaño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Isaias Revillas made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kemen Luga to make the kick off. Roldanillo Velamines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Revillas having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Arenales's Inacio Asteguieta got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Ramirez Cubero came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Arenales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramirez Cubero couldn't finish the play. Chano Maluenda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaias Revillas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kemen Luga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Arenales got a freekick which was hit by Raul Sampedro. Roldanillo Velamines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Isaias Revillas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Kemen Luga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mirotaun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kemen Luga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rozarius Proaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laffitte Pereira scored 3-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaias Revillas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mirotaun's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
