If Clawirton Leiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the match, Cantera Inagotable FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Bengoechea came free, but Zuzen Muelas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cantera Inagotable FC's Zuzen Muelas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clawirton Leiva in the 16th minute of play. Clawirton Leiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Canitas FC's Sasoin Ayon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Canitas FC from getting a goal against them. When Isusko Viado fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cantera Inagotable FC's protests and gave Isusko Viado a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Cantera Inagotable FC got a freekick which was hit by Beti Idiaquez. The supporters of Canitas FC booed when Cantera Inagotable FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Merexildo Argudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zuzen Muelas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clawirton Leiva went, in the 50th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Bengoechea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Beti Idiaquez fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The audience was convinced that Clawirton Leiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zuzen Muelas was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. When the match was over Canitas FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cantera Inagotable FC throughout the match.
