Azul Grana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xiao Navajas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th match minute, Atlantida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feo Echarri to maneuver through the defense. 0-1 became the score in the 14th minute when Xiao Navajas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlantida AFC's goalkeeper Bastian Fuentetaja, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Colas Acenero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bastian Fuentetaja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bastian Fuentetaja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Colas Acenero in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Colas Acenero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azul Grana's supporters rose to their feet, but Colas Acenero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bastian Fuentetaja breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 33 minutes into the game, one of Atlantida AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Azul Grana a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lorien Cebadilla, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Atlantida AFC's Bastian Fuentetaja. 0-2. The supporters of Atlantida AFC booed when Azul Grana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelacio Blanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Atlantida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Xiao Navajas came free, but Bastian Fuentetaja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes Atlantida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Perrando Neses. In the 46th minute, Xiao Navajas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bastian Fuentetaja was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xiao Navajas was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xiao Navajas in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bastian Fuentetaja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bastian Fuentetaja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xiao Navajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Atlantida AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Feo Echarri hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Gelacio Blanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Colas Acenero came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Azul Grana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Colas Acenero couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Xiao Navajas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azul Grana's supporters rose to their feet, but Xiao Navajas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariando Alayz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perrando Neses in the 72nd minute of the match. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Atlantida AFC's Bastian Fuentetaja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xiao Navajas in the 78th minute of play. Bastian Fuentetaja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xiao Navajas, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Colas Acenero in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bastian Fuentetaja saved Atlantida AFC from getting behind. In the 90th minute Xiao Navajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Fuentetaja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Rodrigo Urones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Azul Grana could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atlantida AFC throughout the match.
