Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Belveder's Rik Cañarte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Teofilio Candina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Darwin AFC and the Belveder players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Rik Cañarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Belveder's zone, Seguinus Bordonoba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oriche Amarelle came out of the goal and Seguinus Bordonoba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oriche Amarelle came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Darwin AFC's Seguinus Bordonoba. But to his dismay, Seguinus Bordonoba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Dante Calzada fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belveder's protests and gave Dante Calzada a yellow card for diving instead. Oriche Amarelle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jusepe Tarapiella went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 23rd minute Rik Cañarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ted Capitan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ted Capitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rik Cañarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, Darwin AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Medinilla to maneuver through the defense. Ted Capitan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolado Nueva in the 34th minute. A collision led to Belveder getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Leon Cañeda hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabian Estenaga during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fabian Estenaga hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Belveder's zone, Omar Medinilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oriche Amarelle came out of the goal and Omar Medinilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd match minute, Belveder was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Savier Nieva to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Belveder's zone, Seguinus Bordonoba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oriche Amarelle came out of the goal and Seguinus Bordonoba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Seguinus Bordonoba made the kick off in the second half. Seguinus Bordonoba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Oriche Amarelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Medinilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oriche Amarelle having to interfere. Oriche Amarelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seguinus Bordonoba in the 58th minute of the match. Rolado Nueva struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ted Capitan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belveder. After a rather tough play, Darwin AFC's Ado Espinosa got a free kick in the 64th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Rolado Nueva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belveder's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolado Nueva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jusepe Tarapiella hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Omar Medinilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oriche Amarelle having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Belveder's goal looked a bit too open when Seguinus Bordonoba came free, but Oriche Amarelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Rolado Nueva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ted Capitan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rolado Nueva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ted Capitan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rik Cañarte in the 92nd minute of play forced Darwin AFC's goalkeeper Ted Capitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Darwin AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
