In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pinera FC's goalkeeper Bakar Colomo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Aitor Bueres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nalo Ventura was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Nalo Ventura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordero Brufau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iraunkor Diez in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bakar Colomo saved Pinera FC from getting behind. Iraunkor Diez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kaxen Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bakar Colomo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iraunkor Diez's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. If Cordero Brufau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iraunkor Diez to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Cordero Brufau fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nalo Ventura, passed just outside the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cordero Brufau in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nalo Ventura saved Chacarita from getting behind. After 55 minutes, Henrique Blasco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chacarita and the Pinera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Chacarita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Blasco to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Nalo Ventura managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Pinera FC's Aitor Bueres fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Iraunkor Diez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bakar Colomo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordero Brufau in the 78th minute of play forced Chacarita's goalkeeper Nalo Ventura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henrique Blasco kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Pinera FC's Aitor Bueres got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nalo Ventura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordero Brufau in the 90th minute of the match. Kaxen Galindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iraunkor Diez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
