Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Felipillo Rabanal made the kick off which started today's match. 7 minutes into the match, Constitution's Eulalio Sandoval sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urtats Bascones narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Perfecto Mojon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andres Juan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jakes Pedros went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Felipillo Rabanal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perfecto Mojon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andres Juan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perfecto Mojon, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jakes Pedros in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Juan saved Constitution from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jakes Pedros in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Juan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andres Juan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakes Pedros, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Eulalio Sandoval sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bautista Trarigo hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Eulalio Sandoval blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Urtats Bascones having to make a save.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jakes Pedros was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Constitution's goalkeeper Andres Juan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Perfecto Mojon. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Jakes Pedros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Egana AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakes Pedros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Juan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Juan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Perfecto Mojon in the 60th minute. The supporters of Constitution booed when Egana AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jax Urbieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute of the match Emmanuel Folgoso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Urtats Bascones skillfully saved the ball. Meendez Maruca's late challenge caught a Constitution's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Meendez Maruca helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Egana AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meendez Maruca to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Egana AFC's Jakes Pedros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Constitution's Andres Juan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakes Pedros in the 77th minute of play. Urtats Bascones took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipillo Rabanal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Perfecto Mojon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ranolfo Valcazar hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jakes Pedros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Juan having to interfere. Andres Juan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakes Pedros, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Egana AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Egana AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
