In the 2nd minute, Tomas Curro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Taruman AFC defense, Argoitz Poso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daunte Sobejano. The Taruman AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daunte Sobejano should have stopped the shot. Jesco Codony showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Alceda, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After a rather tough play, Taruman AFC's Urdaspal Carabajo got a free kick in the 13th minute. Charnela's Azubeli Saladrigues shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Daunte Sobejano but with some difficulty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tulio Retana during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Taruman AFC's Tulio Retana got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute, Tobias Ascazua fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Daunte Sobejano, passed just outside the right post. Argoitz Poso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Daunte Sobejano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Charnela's Azubeli Saladrigues broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 26th minute, Argoitz Poso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daunte Sobejano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Cordareo Servin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Cordareo Servin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jesco Codony was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. The supporters of Taruman AFC booed when Charnela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Txeru Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Taruman AFC were awarded a corner. Gaston Cercalde went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Gaston Cercalde got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jesco Codony quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Cordareo Servin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Ascazua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cordareo Servin was the one to do the kick off. Jesco Codony made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Lorenzo Alceda sent off a good shot on target. When Lorenzo Alceda fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Taruman AFC's protests and gave Lorenzo Alceda a yellow card for diving instead. Lorenzo Alceda kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Argoitz Poso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charnela's supporters rose to their feet, but Argoitz Poso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daunte Sobejano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Txeru Carballo's late challenge caught a Taruman AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Txeru Carballo helped the player get up and apologised. Cordareo Servin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jesco Codony tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Alceda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Jesco Codony made a huge save. After 64 minutes of play Charnela's Txeru Carballo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Charnela's Txeru Carballo got a free kick in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Taruman AFC's Cordareo Servin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesco Codony narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Taruman AFC defense, Argoitz Poso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daunte Sobejano. The Taruman AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daunte Sobejano should have stopped the shot. Jesco Codony made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cordareo Servin in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Cordareo Servin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesco Codony saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordareo Servin in the 83rd minute of play forced Charnela's goalkeeper Jesco Codony to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Argoitz Poso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lorenzo Alceda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesco Codony having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Charnela fans cheered their team off the field, for while Taruman AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
