Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) Gines Mulas made the kick off and thus started the match. With his leg Jesco Codony managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Riffo's Jose Bargues fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 5th minute, Jose Bargues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gines Mulas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesco Codony having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Txeru Carballo during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Charnela getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Txeru Carballo hit a great ball. In the 18th minute Riffo were awarded a corner. Merexildo Lacalle went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Riffo's corner Merexildo Lacalle fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jesco Codony quite easily take care of the ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Argoitz Poso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riffo's David Marquina was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Argoitz Poso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jose Bargues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesco Codony having to interfere. After 28 played minutes, Charnela's Moise Zumaya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper David Marquina came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Charnela reached it. With a little luck, Charnela's Jesco Codony got control of the ball when Jose Bargues tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Riffo's Jose Bargues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesco Codony narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tobias Ascazua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Marquina having to interfere. Gines Mulas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes Riffo got a freekick which was hit by Joanes Llanderrozos. When Argoitz Poso came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Charnela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argoitz Poso couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tobias Ascazua to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Riffo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaxan Izquierdo to maneuver through the defense. David Marquina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Ascazua, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Charnela's zone, Jose Bargues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesco Codony came out of the goal and Jose Bargues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gines Mulas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Gines Mulas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riffo's supporters rose to their feet, but Gines Mulas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesco Codony breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gines Mulas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Jose Bargues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jesco Codony was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. In the 84th match minute, Charnela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Curro to maneuver through the defense. The attack was good, but when Gines Mulas in the 85th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 95 minutes into the match, Riffo's goalkeeper David Marquina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Argoitz Poso. After some careless play in the Riffo defense, Argoitz Poso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Marquina. The Riffo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Marquina should have stopped the shot. Although Riffo had been in control for most of the match, Charnela still came away with the win.
