With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adolfo Udobro in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Marquina saved Riffo from getting behind. David Marquina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mancio Redondas in the 43rd minute of the match. David Marquina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mancio Redondas in the 45th minute of play. Adolfo Udobro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Marquina having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adolfo Udobro was the one to do the kick off. Gines Mulas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Udobro in the 94th minute of play forced Riffo's goalkeeper David Marquina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
