The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ieltxu Sorrarain during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Zeruko Legazpi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fernandez Peñarroja didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tebaldo Licher went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Onofre Obispo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Casomiro Arrazola fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ansina FC's protests and gave Casomiro Arrazola a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Casomiro Arrazola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Goiz Igay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Onofre Obispo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Goiz Igay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onofre Obispo in the 28th minute of play. Fernandez Peñarroja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tebaldo Licher, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Tebaldo Licher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 minutes, Romulo Antequera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ansina FC and the Veras AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Ansina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Antequera to maneuver through the defense. Ansina FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Onofre Obispo 40 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. Ansina FC's Tebaldo Licher got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Panpili Fandoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Goiz Igay having to interfere. Goiz Igay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Onofre Obispo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 57 played minutes Ansina FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcones Güell. In the 60th minute Onofre Obispo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Goiz Igay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veras AFC's Onofre Obispo got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zeruko Legazpi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fernandez Peñarroja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Onofre Obispo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 87 in the game by Quinton Terminel from a close distance when the talented Fernandez Peñarroja managed to make a qualified save. Veras AFC's players were relieved. Goiz Igay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panpili Fandoz in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Ansina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Panpili Fandoz came free, but Goiz Igay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
