Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bernaldo Becerra started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Christian Oliva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Bodegas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 10th minute, Scavino's Hulberto Corujo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hulberto Corujo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Scavino protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hulberto Corujo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Hulberto Corujo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Bernaldo Becerras short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Evaristo Bodegas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Evaristo Bodegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernaldo Becerra in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, La Gorda Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etor Argüeso to maneuver through the defense. Evaristo Bodegas was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Fang De capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fang De really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, Bernaldo Becerra notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Scavino's Evaristo Bodegas. Evaristo Bodegas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th match minute, La Gorda Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Etor Argüeso to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Scavino's goalkeeper Evaristo Bodegas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bernaldo Becerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Evaristo Bodegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urtsin Batalle made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Seguinus Feo put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Donato Giovannelli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernaldo Becerra in the 57th minute of play forced Scavino's goalkeeper Evaristo Bodegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fang De in the 58th minute of play forced Scavino's goalkeeper Evaristo Bodegas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Bodegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernaldo Becerra in the 66th minute of play. After 68 played minutes La Gorda Fc got a freekick which was hit by Christian Oliva. Bernaldo Becerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Evaristo Bodegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sendoa Cubian kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Evaristo Bodegas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fang De, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When Christian Oliva came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the La Gorda Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Oliva couldn't finish the play. Urtsin Batalle hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Bernaldo Becerra came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the La Gorda Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernaldo Becerra couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Christian Oliva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evaristo Bodegas. Scavino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Oliva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. When Shantala Cañete fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scavino's protests and gave Shantala Cañete a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 played minutes Scavino got a freekick which was hit by Shantala Cañete. With a little luck, La Gorda Fc's Donato Giovannelli got control of the ball when Artemio Peguero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute Bernaldo Becerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Bodegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the La Gorda Fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
