Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hernandez Neyda stood somewhat misplaced when Dimo Villasuso came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 11 minute. Carqueja FC's Cibran Docio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xuban Quintianan in the 24th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Carqueja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Forcada came free, but Cibran Docio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Lizar Cavadas suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nofre Tavarez during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 played minutes Cunapiru got a freekick which was hit by Nofre Tavarez. If Heitor Monterros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xuban Quintianan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cunapiru's Esteve Forcada, in the 40th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Cunapiru. After having played for 44 minutes, Heitor Monterros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carqueja FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heitor Monterros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ongile Arcas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heitor Monterros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Hernandez Neyda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Hernandez Neyda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heitor Monterros in the 52nd minute of the match. Heitor Monterros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Cunapiru's zone, Heitor Monterros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernandez Neyda came out of the goal and Heitor Monterros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dimo Villasuso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Xuban Quintianan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cibran Docio was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Heitor Monterros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernandez Neyda having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Carqueja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xuban Quintianan came free, but Cibran Docio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteve Forcada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cleto Brito came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Carqueja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Brito couldn't finish the play. When Cunapiru's Xuban Quintianan in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cunapiru's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carqueja FC the free kick. Isidoro Villarruel hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the game, Carqueja FC's Heitor Monterros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hernandez Neyda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1.
