Spectators: 7381 (Terracing: 5537, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 147) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elizardo Ilarraza took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes, Justino Zabaleta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lavalleja AFC and the Larrayos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Elizardo Ilarraza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Larrayos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Lavalleja AFC booed when Larrayos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casado Gavilanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elizardo Ilarraza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zuri Lillo having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Leizarraga Palazuelo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bidun Loizaga was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. With 28 minutes on the clock, Luisito Guixot commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 28th minute, one of Lavalleja AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lavalleja AFC. In the 30th minute, Larrayos got a penalty, and Wilfredo Gavito placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Zuri Lillo came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Larrayos's Rodolfo Pablo. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Pablo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Yago Erazo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 45 minutes, Justino Zabaleta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lavalleja AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justino Zabaleta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bidun Loizaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yago Erazo in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

56 minutes into the game, Cilio Barral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Larrayos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lavalleja AFC the free kick. In the 56th minute, Cilio Barral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Larrayos's goalkeeper Bidun Loizaga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yago Erazo. Elizardo Ilarraza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zuri Lillo having to interfere. Zuri Lillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elizardo Ilarraza in the 74th minute of the match. Zuri Lillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elizardo Ilarraza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Elizardo Ilarraza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zuri Lillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Yago Erazo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lavalleja AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yago Erazo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bidun Loizaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cleto Falces recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Yago Erazo came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Lavalleja AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yago Erazo couldn't finish the play. Adrian Afonte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Bidun Loizaga made a huge save. After 87 played minutes Larrayos got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Gavito. Bidun Loizaga made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Flor Ozaolaza sent off a good shot on target. When Yago Erazo came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Lavalleja AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yago Erazo couldn't finish the play. If Yago Erazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Larrayos were victorious despite being under pressure from Lavalleja AFC for much of the match.
