Thanks to some nice moves Bazkoare Fariñas could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Mateo Sanabre however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Musi FC's zone, Timo Anton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateo Sanabre came out of the goal and Timo Anton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Bazkoare Fariñas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bazkoare Fariñas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Solis's Timo Anton managed to work through Musi FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Timo Anton dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The audience was convinced that Timo Anton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateo Sanabre was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reimundo Belon in the 42nd minute of play forced Solis's goalkeeper Gelacio Lasalde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Musi FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
