Eztebe Emesabel's late challenge caught a Uruguay AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eztebe Emesabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Eliseo Odoardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseo Odoardo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlantida FC's Txilar Obaldia. But to his dismay, Txilar Obaldia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Eliseo Odoardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eztebe Emesabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rai Gallinas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Cigüenza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Uruguay AFC's corner Romelio Nuño fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rai Gallinas quite easily take care of the ball. 25 minutes in the game, Eztebe Emesabel fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eliseo Odoardo having to interfere. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlantida FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Romelio Nuño was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay AFC's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Yoelvis Baraona to score against Rai Gallinas in Atlantida FC's goal. 1-1 after 31 minutes. A collision led to Atlantida FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Calisto Casares hit a great ball. After 38 minutes, Ieltxu Olalla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlantida FC and the Uruguay AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ieltxu Olalla hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Isaac Cigüenza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rai Gallinas having to interfere. Rai Gallinas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Cigüenza in the 45th minute of play. Mateus Barnuevo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eztebe Emesabel to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Atlantida FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremy Borjas. Mateus Barnuevo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Rai Gallinas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Barnuevo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Txilar Obaldia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Atlantida FC's zone, Isaac Cigüenza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rai Gallinas came out of the goal and Isaac Cigüenza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
