With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domenec Redin in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Castel Muruve saved Goni from getting behind. 27 minutes into the game, Goni's Caton Chandeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peruanton Bruna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 32ndth minute of the game Gilesindo Mendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Menafra FC's Peruanton Bruna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute Paul Martel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Castel Muruve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domenec Redin might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Castel Muruve. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domenec Redin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilesindo Mendes in the 41st minute of play forced Menafra FC's goalkeeper Peruanton Bruna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
