Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Menafra FC's Leoncio Lanzon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Iigo Sigüenza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional's supporters rose to their feet, but Iigo Sigüenza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marques Loayza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iigo Sigüenza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Marques Loayza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Menafra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Oyaga came free, but Marques Loayza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menafra FC's Leoncio Lanzon got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 16 minutes, Cleto Oyaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleto Oyaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cleto Oyaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Marques Loayza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Menafra FC got a freekick which was hit by Olayo Herro. Marques Loayza was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ortle Dimas. A collision led to Menafra FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Hernando Tavera hit a great ball. Ortle Dimas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 28th minute Maximiliano Avila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermelando Ascargorta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Nacional's goal looked a bit too open when Leoncio Lanzon came free, but Hermelando Ascargorta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernando Tavera hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Nacional's Cleto Oyaga got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th match minute, Nacional was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iigo Sigüenza to maneuver through the defense. If Maximiliano Avila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Menafra FC's Marques Loayza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Menafra FC from getting a goal against them. Iigo Sigüenza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleto Oyaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 48 minutes, Olayo Herro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menafra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olayo Herro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cleto Oyaga was the one to do the kick off. Leoncio Lanzon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Hermelando Ascargorta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximiliano Avila in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hermelando Ascargorta, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Maximiliano Avila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Hermelando Ascargorta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Menafra FC got a freekick which was hit by Olayo Herro. In the 75th minute, Cleto Oyaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Menafra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Oyaga came free, but Marques Loayza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leoncio Lanzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermelando Ascargorta having to interfere. When Nacional's Iigo Sigüenza in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Menafra FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Menafra FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Nacional from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
