Correa's Prospero Pozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Pumares in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Pumares in the 34th minute of play forced Correa's goalkeeper Prospero Pozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prospero Pozo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Pumares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filomeno Pumares hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urtzi Arista to strike the kick off in the second half. Arano Cedron kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 92 played minutes, Escudero AFC's Calvet Galaz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Prospero Pozo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Escudero AFC reached it.
