The goalkeeper, Rodrigo Reiriz, was totally fooled by Carmen FC's Gil Paradelo, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 13th minute, Romeo Leicea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Correa F.C fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Correa F.C's Lucas Rabago looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 17th minute, Sanchez Umbria had to leave the field with a concussion. A collision led to Correa F.C getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Romeo Leicea hit a great ball. Rodrigo Reiriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chap Orozco in the 22nd minute of the match. With his leg Rodrigo Reiriz managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Carmen FC's Chap Orozco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Correa F.C's Rodrigo Reiriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Correa F.C from getting a goal against them. Lucas Rabago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Correa F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Xepe Arri fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

Carmen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Correa F.C the free kick. A collision led to Carmen FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Chap Orozco hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Xepe Arri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Correa F.C booed when Carmen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xepe Arri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rosio Baron struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Garikoitz Mina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Correa F.C. 74 minutes into the match, Carmen FC's goalkeeper Garikoitz Mina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Rabago. The supporters of Correa F.C booed when Carmen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chepe Velazco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Izel Vizcarra kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Xepe Arri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Reiriz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Reiriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xepe Arri, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
